I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was large and very clean, the price of $275 a night seemed a bit steep for what I got. The views of Manhattan were great, but the room size and cleanliness were a bit lacking.
Rooms
7.0
The room was large and very clean despite the smaller size. The views of Manhattan were a nice touch.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, but I found it odd that the bartender was making drinks not listed on the menu.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, being close to the PATH station for easy access to WTC. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and transport links was a plus.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited for such a great hotel, and the price seemed high for the quality provided.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered standard facilities, nothing exceptional noted.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice and comfortable with a spectacular view of Manhattan. They were large and very clean; however, they took a bit of time to become available after the check-in time. The service provided by the staff was brilliant, especially for the warm welcome and special amenities. The location, though a bit outside, felt 100% safe and was in the center of all activities and transportation. The dining options were good quality but slightly overpriced for such a high-priced property. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
Rooms

I adored my room! It was very nice and comfortable with a stunning view of Manhattan. The room was large and very clean.
Service
8.0
The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially with unique liquors and mixers. However, they missed cleaning the tables.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is superb, right in the midst of all activities and close to excellent transportation options. Although a bit outside, they offer convenient onsite car services for a small fee or the possibility to call an Uber.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good quality but a bit overpriced compared to nearby options. The limited choices were slightly disappointing for such a high-end hotel.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

5.6/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were spacious with a great view of Manhattan, although cleanliness could have been better for a 4-star hotel. On the bright side, my wife and I had more than enough amenities to enjoy during our stay.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious with a great view of Manhattan, but cleanliness fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel.
Service
5.0
The service was unpleasing and lacked the expected level of friendliness and efficiency. Issues with fare consistency and lack of helpfulness with PATH schedules made the stay less enjoyable.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location two blocks from the Newport PATH station was convenient for accessing Manhattan. However, the limited late-night PATH schedules caused inconveniences for trips to Brooklyn.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were expensive and did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and variety, especially compared to European standards.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered free grab-and-go breakfast or a $10 discount per person at the restaurant, which I found to be a positive aspect. However, the value for money in terms of dining was not up to par.
